Ok, the cable came, but no software. An email has been sent with a link to download the software. The email was confusing. I downloaded the software and it was a bit of a mess. It didn't work until I realized the driver wasn't installed. I have win7 64bit. After playing around with software and bad English grammar for a long time, I was finally able to figure out how to successfully run a tech thread. I have a 2007 Prius and a 2017 Sienna, the cable worked on both machines. It went downhill from there. I tried to unplug the cable from the Prius and it got stuck. I mean stuck. I panicked a little and pulled hard and eventually it came out with a lot of force. I shouldn't have done that, it could have broken the obd2 port on the machine. I refused to plug it back in at the time. Looking at the cable I saw that it was deformed, a piece of plastic that caused it to stick to the car's obd2 connector. I assume that it is a manufacturing defect and sent the cable back immediately. So look closely at your cable to make sure this doesn't happen to you and if it does, carefully unplug the cable from the obd2 connector unlike me.
