Review on ASRock Z490 Intel Extended Motherboard by Jeffrey Mosqueda

I bought the z490 aqua about 6 months ago. About 2 weeks ago I started noticing hairline cracks due to acrylic and it gradually got worse until the next day. I submitted a return authorization to asrock and they immediately told me it was user error and they would not help me. If it was user error, cracks would occur much faster due to too much pressure from over-tightening. The monoblock on this mobo is CRAFTS and instead of honoring their warranty they pretty much told me to kick rocks. jokes about it. I spend thousands a year on PC parts and will never buy from this low ball screw customer company again. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
