Does what it is meant to do. I added a dual socket to the dishwasher outlet to turn it on. The cord is a bit short (about 3 feet from what I recall) so you'll need to plan for that (extend it or move the outlet). Mine achieved it, but it's a wire of about 24ha and doesn't require much power at all. Simple soldering solves this problem.
