Very strong metal bracket and easy to install. (Only the hard part is driving the 4 screws into the rack. Use a medium sized ratchet or larger. You'll also need a good strong bit and bit.) You'll also get all the screws and washers you need for each size require. TV. Including a small bubble level to properly install the mounting bracket. This is a great purchase! Installation took 20-25 minutes. And I didn't need another person to do it. I've used it to mount my 39" TV and it seems to be very durable.
