The box the product was sent in was excellent. The box inside was badly damaged, the pump was rusty and damaged, the connecting hose was broken, the filter was broken. I spoke to Revain, they partially returned the money. As far as I know, the return postage will be at my expense. I will use what is good to restore my old pump. It wasn't worth 1/3 of what I paid. Can't remember if I went with the used option but even if I did, $132 for a nearly useless pump, usually the box in the used department is damaged or something is missing that isn't a used damaged pump .
