This solar panel carries the Eufy logo. All Eufy cameras are advertised to charge, but that's only half the story. I bought 2 panels and installed them in the same orientation and position. Both panels are mounted facing south, where there is plenty of direct sunlight throughout the day. One just fully charges my camera, the other tries to charge the camera (the charging icon shows daytime charging) but never fully charges it. The instructions say to put the charge (in use) on the solar. It doesn't do anything, and if anything, it seems like the battery is slowly draining. In battery mode (app), the charging symbol indicates that charging is in progress. Like I said, one did the job, the other didn't. I spoke to tech support and they told me that new firmware will be released soon that will solve this problem. Well it's been a while and I don't know how to update the firmware. At the same time, the non-working panel has now completely stopped working, that is, there is no longer any loading process. The camera's battery level shows a low level and I let it drop to 0 before charging it in the normal way (by plugging it into a USB charger). So, despite advertising a solar panel that works with Eufy cameras, this isn't entirely true. So buyers beware! Since then it's too late for me to return the panel for a refund. The panel is well assembled and well packaged. Fit and fit are up to the Eufy standard. However, the function could be improved! It comes with installation instructions and hardware in the box.
