Just two years ago, ordering from Revain was like clockwork. accurate, reliable and hassle-free, usually delivered by UPS. I haven't seen a UPS truck in a long time. Now that I know the delivery date I can flip a coin. This is a guessing game. Recently, quite a lot of packages appear in the evening, but they are found only the next day. And of course it rains at night and delivery is a wet mess. And when I'm spending a lot of money on a product, like a power tool, I expect an A-piece, brand new and unopened, not torn and carelessly glued together. My last order (picture attached) was 10,000 staples, rows of staples broken and scattered about the box. Has anyone thought of putting a strip of duct tape on both ends of that damn box that contains the staples? The quickest way to lose a customer is to treat them with indifference. Revane got smarter and started paying attention to details again. Because we, Revain customers, beware!
