This scooter is great for teaching balance and dexterity to children and for getting them involved in sports in a fun way. This is a great scooter for beginners until they are ready for the 'big kid'. Technically my two kids (2 and 3 years old) are a bit small as the recommended age is 5+. However, my 3-year-old has become incredibly well-behaved! She can really accelerate and gets used to the slim steering. My 2 year old is not that fast but you will never know as he is very good with the wheel and can drive quite fast too. There is an anti-slip area along the footpeg area. So far no one has slipped so I feel safe letting my kids ride this scooter. Unfortunately I was not able to photograph the LED lights. Of course it's much easier when it's not that bright outside. But you can see them in the right conditions and that's a very nice side effect. We didn't use bluetooth speakers in this product even though we have the original hoverboard and it has great sound quality. So I doubt there will be any problems here. I love how easy it is to fold and unfold. Also, you can change the height very easily, although an adult will probably need it as a part that stretches is quite difficult to make for a child. But there is a button at the bottom that you just need to press to fold or unfold it. It is also very light, making it ideal for walks in the park.
