I bought two hub assemblies to replace the bearings that blew on my full size 1993 Chevy Blazer. I removed the old hubs from my truck and cleaned all the dirt and rust off the axle and mating surfaces. I installed a new hub assembly only to find that there was a 4-5mm gap at the outer edge of the hub. This left a nice little path for water and dirt to get right into the assembly, which could cause serious damage. I contacted Timken directly and they stated that they do NOT sell their parts directly online so the company that sells these parts under the Timken name is not affiliated with them. The hub part number they sent me was JRM 55000-SG. According to Timken's parts department, this part number does not appear in their system. I would avoid this seller if possible.
