Review on Premium Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote for Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda Mustang - Set of 2 (Blue) by Mike Hicks

I had two original key fobs but they were old and the paint was worn off the buttons. I bought these 2 because the blue was attractive. They came, I programmed them and they sucked. Had to press the buttons more than 10 times to lock or unlock it. After emailing the seller three times, I had an idea. There are only 5 of these keychains. 2 parts: front and back of case, rubber insert inside with buttons, circuit board that just fits in and battery. My idea was to take my old boards and use them in new consoles. It was an easy swap and it worked great. As for the reviews of what I bought it was low quality rubbish and after a third email the seller finally offered a replacement. Since I got them to work I just kept them as buying empty shells would have cost the same.
