I found the assembly instructions easy and had no problems assembling. The post felt weak when assembling the product; However, when I had to ride in such a way that I touched the bar, it was obvious that the bar had to be flexible in order to flex backwards to some degree. The lights were very visible when I touched the bar with my car. I think customers just have to understand that they have to move their car forward very, very slowly for the product to work properly. I've been using this for maybe a month and have encountered zero problems.
