A very precise device. Have tried several dowel mounts on Revain and this is absolutely the best. Before I started drilling holes I was concerned that the error might pile up based on how it works, but it turns out I was too worried. The dowels lined up perfectly after 13 drills on each of my 8 foot boards. A NOTICE! Please use 6/8/10mm drill bit. I used 3/8mm instead of 10mm on another project because I overheated and dulled the 10mm drill bit that came with the product. The holes start to move after 3 drills as the error of the drill adds up to 3/8 (about 0.5mm).
