I bought this camping tablecloth (you never know what was on those picnic tables) and it works great! It's very long so it covers very long picnic tables and being vinyl it's very easy to clean! It also discolors quickly so it doesn't bleed onto people, clothes, or dishes like my friends' tablecloth! (They left watermelon marks on my forearms!) Make sure you use oven mitts/heating pads under a hot bowl/pan as they will melt over high heat. I originally wanted a tablecloth that was printed or at least checked, but after using a plain blue tablecloth I found that small items on the table don't "get lost" as easily as with large patterned tablecloths, so go for it You don't have to constantly look for where you put the twin knife! I've had 5 adults and 5 children (ages 2-11) use it 3 times a day for 4 days and it's still in as good condition as when it was first bought! I was able to dry it off and fold it up to reuse for our next hike!
