Review on πŸ”₯ Gesail 1500W Electric Immersion Heater: UL-Listed Bucket Water Heater with Stainless-Steel Guard, Thermostat, and Auto Shutoff - Rapidly Heats 5 Gallons in Minutes by Scott Welch

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Butt Kicks, may be overkill for hot tub boosters or INSTANT HOT BATH,

First I have to say that you don't sit in the water with this wire. Yes, it probably won't kill you, but it might. That thing gives off a lot of heat. Maybe 5 hours in a 300 gallon soak (in a submerged bucket) raised it from 103 to 123, heating 300 gallons (not 5). So let's say you want to go from 100 degrees (default for softtub) to 104 degrees (1 more than softtub). The best estimate is that it will take less than an hour. Bought a thermostat. But so far it's repeated. Probably not enough circulation with injectors off. I'm pretty sure you could fill a regular bathtub or something and get hot water in a jacuzzi pretty quickly. YOU CAN HOT BATH ANYWHERE, THEY HAVE 120 VOLTS AND A BATH THAT IS BIG ENOUGH. Conclusion: If you have a little more time, 1000 watts will probably be enough for most applications. Like my review if so.

Pros
  • Thermostat and Auto Shut Off - Stainless steel center tube includes thermal overload circuit breaker when water reaches a certain temperature (approximately 180-194 degrees Fahrenheit), immersion heater for water can automatically turn on - and turned off to maintain water temperature. It will not overheat and save energy. Dry burning will automatically turn off the power to prevent fire.
Cons
  • The list will be long.
