What I didn’t know I needed to know
The Australian financial review is my favourite source of what I call “hard data”. I like to have the pages of stock prices, dividend yields and year lows & highs on paper in front of me and all together to view at the same time. I’ve found they have a far broader listing than any other paper available locally. Also has what I find to be both interesting and well written articles, generally pertaining to current events likely to have an effect on share prices. Well organised and categorised for those who want to skip past certain types of articles too. I highly recommend the AFR for anyone interested in the stock market, especially if you want reliable and trustworthy information.
