Necessary upgrade to digital.
The first thing you need to understand before you decide to buy this speedometer or any other. You must have a schematic of your attraction. You also need a basic understanding of wiring. If you have it, you shouldn't have any problems with this update. I have a 2004 Suzuki Volusia and wanted to go digital and move it from the tank to the steering wheel. I've done it and it works fine. The only thing I didn't connect is the gear indicator. This model doesn't have it, but I connected nutral.
