Review on Aqua Sphere Michael Strength Training by Sean Garrison

Love the navy and white colors. I liked how it fit my small hand, but the loop on my finger was very tight and stretched a bit in the water. All I know is that this hand paddle needs to be very tight to stand up to water resistance! It is also best to use it with fins. I was having trouble in my pool because the pool rope divider was turned on so swimming was interrupted while I swam under the rope! it's a pain I swam 50 laps with paddles. This works very well.
