The ease of use, speed at which it processes tickets/citations through our system as well has its ability to integrate with other programs we need (ie mail merge into billing). I do not like that there have been times where i did send out emails or notifications about things but they never go anywhere because my email gets flagged by an external spam filter service so nothing ever shows up in inboxes except from me! That being said this isn't always true all time when sending mass notification via ticketing services etc.. If you want something easy then try them first before jumping ship if anything else fails look elsewhere!! There are tons more features available now than back 10 years ago- keep searching until u find what your looking froum!
