Overall Great Program For Multiple Courts

The easy to use interface, ability of tracking multiple cases at once through case folders as well allowing different users access with individual levels set up makes this program very user friendly! I have had some issues in certain states that are not addressed by support but overall great product so far!! We track all our civil matters from small claims thru criminal filings which has been helpful when dealing w/o insurance companies who don't pay until they get everything filled out…

Excellent product - User friendly and does exactly what i need

The program has been very easy to use, it can be easily customized as needed without needing any IT support which makes things easier when you are dealing with multiple jurisdictions in different states or countries at once! We haven't found anything that we dislike about Court so far but if there was something I would definitely recommend adding an option of having alerts sent out via email rather than only being able to send them through text messages (this feature isn’t available yet). Easy To Navigate and Excellent customer support

The ease of use, speed at which it processes tickets/citations through our system as well has its ability to integrate with other programs we need (ie mail merge into billing). I do not like that there have been times where i did send out emails or notifications about things but they never go anywhere because my email gets flagged by an external spam filter service so nothing ever shows up in inboxes except from me! That being said this isn't always true all time when sending mass notification…

  • It does take a lot of patience to navigate through the system when it seems like nothing is registering within the system and it can make it seem like nothing is showing up
