Fixed parts are missing.

Seems to go well with my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle. However, they only came with one screw. This product consists of two parts: a screw and a nut. It would be perfectly fine if it was a regular 1/4-20 bolt, but it's another unspecified gauge, and the -20 bolts I have don't tighten more than one turn. If you still have the old nuts, you're probably fine, but if your old nuts were the same as mine, they fell out and are now lying in the trash somewhere.
