Just in time! The package was in perfect condition. It has instructions but it's in Chinese lol. I think it's in English but I remember they didn't satisfy me and I went to YouTube to find a video of this product I found and it had longer instructions in English. The other thing is the hole punch works great, I've used it to make some homemade notepads so I love it so much! Once you figure out how to use it easily, you'll be ready to punch holes in anything!
