It used to be good, now it's TERRIBLE!

I used to use white inkjet DVDs but when I saw these silver ones they reminded me of other silver DVDs, they looked like store bought DVDs. I've switched from white print to these in the last few months and they've been pretty good. They had a few more bad discs than white inkjet, but at 200 discs I just ignored it. That is, until now. Something has definitely changed. There were so many defective discs in the last two batches of these discs that at first I thought my DVD burner had failed. Additionally, I was suddenly getting clients emailing me saying their discs would not play, even though my disc burning software said the disc was successfully burned at that point. This was particularly common with customer orders for multiple disc sets. I've received emails saying that disc 4 or disc 2 of a certain set won't play despite trying different DVD players. Sometimes multiple discs in a row failed to complete the disc burning process. Many of them would shut down at around 65-75% and then with my disc burning software (2 of them) would just stand there and say the disc is bad and can't complete the burn! went back to my old white inkjet discs that I used to print on literally hundreds of discs with as many bad discs as you could count on the fingers of one hand and the fingers were still there. I'm going back to my old trusty white inkjet discs and haven't had a single bad disc yet. Those silver printed discs have cost me money and customers. So if you are considering using them for your business, I strongly advise against it. They were pretty good when I first started using them a few months ago, although they still had about 4 bad drives per batch of 200. However, the last 2 batches (400 disks) had so many bad drives that I lost count and I will never use them again. Unfortunately these seem to be the only silver print discs I can find. If any of you know anything about the brand of silver printable DVDs, please let me know. In the meantime, for those of you who might want to know what white printable DVDs I use and which are extremely reliable, here they are: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DVPJ7ZK/ref= ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title? ie = UTF8&psc=1** update. In the last week since this review was written I have been contacted by 3 other buyers and told that their drives are defective! **
