I've used it at two different places where they are just beginning with their new product roll out (i think maybe less then 3 months), but so far really good! They have great support staff/management that actually listens when you try something "new" or need help using features etc.. not some corporate run overpriced team trying force feed an outdated solution down your throat :) Also easy integration if needed into any other system like Salesforce Chatter ect., Great way make sure employees can see all available deals quickly & easily no manual inputting required!! The ability to adjust rates automatically is great! I also like that you can set up alerts if your rate goes down or increases too much so it's easy to catch when something happens with your prices. It took me some time to figure out how everything worked but once i did things were simple enough to use. Pricing was my main problem before using this tool - now we are able to keep track of all our customers' accounts at one place which makes life easier than ever.
