I like that they helped me pick out my equipment to fit our needs well as we are not large at all (8 people).

They were able help us set up for everything from insurance through customs clearances very quickly! Nothing really but if you're looking into getting this software it's worth checking them first because their customer service is great!! We have an actual office in China now so there will be more interaction with staff outside US time zones which makes communication easier especially when dealing w/ Customs issues since most other companies don't do much after hours or overnights here either..
