Sky 2 C Freight Systems, Inc. Review

We use Sk2 to send freight from our warehouse in Georgia all over North America via trucking companies that we have relationships with through SKY'S customer service team! The best thing about skys is their 24/7 support line which makes it so easy for us as customers who are not there every day during normal business hours!! I like that they helped me pick out my equipment to fit our needs well as we are not large at all (8 people). They were able help us set up for everything from insurance through customs clearances very quickly! Nothing really but if you're looking into getting this software it's worth checking them first because their customer service is great!! The most important aspect that I love about this system is it makes my work easier! It allows me to do more paperwork than before which leads to less errors in billing statements or shipment notifications for customers.- Shipping takes longer because you have way too many forms/paperwork to fill out each time.- A lot slower with customer service- They don't seem very knowledgeable when dealing wit shipments so if there isn’t something written specifically online they are sometimes not able to…
