The most important aspect that I love about this system is it makes my work easier! It allows me to do more paperwork than before which leads to less errors in billing statements or shipment notifications for customers.- Shipping takes longer because you have way too many forms/paperwork to fill out each time.- A lot slower with customer service- They don't seem very knowledgeable when dealing wit shipments so if there isn’t something written specifically online they are sometimes not able to help as much (customer support). - Sometimes they charge extra fees but usually their prices add up over multiple moves throughout our year long contracts. We use sky2C freight systems for all of ours moveovers within one city limit at same facility yearly as well as interstate across town. I have been using this service for many years now - they are very professional and always try to meet our needs. The system is easy to use and there's nothing that i dislike about it! They offer great customer support as well. There was one time when we had an issue with their program but they were able to fix it in no time. We ship all over the US and worldwide so this makes us happy since we can send products anywhere around the world.
