Expensive and still cold!

It was an expensive heater I bought to put under my desk. My desk is small and I figured this would be enough for heating. Even on the highest settings I still get cold and have to wear a jacket to keep warm. I had a small fan heater that I used but I had to throw it away because it didn't suit my work but I was so warm with this heater. I think a bigger one would be better, but it's also very expensive to buy if I only intend to use it at work. I would not recommend this heater.
