There are no instructions in the box. When plugged in, my laptop recognized it as a floppy drive. Autostart did not start. I ended up accessing the "drive" via explorer and saw the installation files. Run the exe and install the device as a network adapter. Although I was able to tweak it and it worked for a while, it kept crashing. This cycle repeated itself, it was connected, then disconnected again and again. Very frustrating. I'm pretty sure my network isn't the problem as the slower built-in Ethernet connection works fine on this Windows 10 laptop. Luckily, Revain offers refunds and free returns, so no harm, just hassle and frustration.
