They don't let odor through
I can't stand trash cans outside that smell like cat litter and dog poop. Even a packed cabin stinks, especially in the summer. It doesn't matter if the van is clean, the smell is coming from the pockets. These bags really work. I was skeptical and took the small and medium ones. They really hold the scent. Small is good for dog poop. The medium was too small for a litter, but a large one is ideal.
