Best self draining tools and supplies

Bought these to hold a mix of alcohol and Avon Skin So Soft, a mix I use to repel mosquitoes. A few months ago while working in and around my garage I was plagued by bugs so I kept one of these bottles there. I noticed that there was a wet spot on my workbench. Upon investigating, I found that the solution was dripping from the bottom of the lever. The photo shows a drop on the underside of the lever. My guess is that temperature changes affect the pressure in the bottle and it leaks. I was planning on keeping this in my RV, it would be a mess. So they are useless for my intended application.
