I used this while I was healing from surgery that fixed my broken humerus. This pad was much longer than I needed it to be, but the others sold at the CVS and Walgreens were too small. If you have very short arms, and need it for your arm, this might be too long.The adhesion is very strong and it kept out all of the water from taking showers. Taking it off was a breeze and it didn't hurt nor did it remove the staples over my incision. This is very high quality. I would say this is better than what the hospital put on right after surgery, but this particular size is very long so make sure it isn't too long.
