We bought this as a family gift a few months ago. It was used for the first time today and didn't make it through a meat bin. The handle became difficult to turn and then a small piece of metal fell out of the top part, preventing the threaded shank from turning. Now it doesn't work at all. There is no way to contact support for this bundled product. I think we should be able to either bring this back or replace it. The company contacted us after this review and exchanged this device. Exchanged quickly and politely. The replaceable block seems to work well except it leaves too much meat in the hopper that you can't get your hands on. Now we know enough not to try to force it.
