Bought these wire handlebars in May 2013 (3 1/2 months ago). I installed it on a 3/4 HP 3450 RPM Universal (Chinese) polisher. I use it about once a week to remove rust/paint from car parts etc. The wheel is well balanced on my car and does its job well. easy to moderate removal of surface rust and has a more comfortable "broad face". I suspect that most modern machines can accommodate "broad terrain". (Measure.) From my experience a wire wheel like this; Regardless of the machine, only really rusty surfaces are polished. This bike performs well enough for my purposes. You will also need a chemical rust remover/converter/encapsulator. The wheel itself held together no matter how much "reasonable" pressure I applied. For my purposes, this bike was well laid out.
