Review on ☕ Cuisinart SS-10P1 Premium Single-Serve Coffee Maker, 72 Oz, Silver by Christopher Penn

Wow. I rarely, if ever, do this (negative review). but this is the king of bad coffee makers. We have had a previous Cuisinart model/version very similar to this one for 5 years in a row. It served us well (for a digital coffee maker - we've had a Bunn for 15 years - it still worked well, but we were tired of the dated look). back on track. In the end it failed (won't pump water) but I fixed it. then he actually died, maybe 2 months later. So what the hell? We saw and bought this qualitatively similar model. 2 months failed. And when I say fail, I mean FAIL! The pump did not switch off after the brewing process. The entire tank of water drained onto the kitchen counter, onto the front of our cabinets, and then onto the floor. My fiancé came and took me. it was disabled. She said she had to turn it off to stop it. So I refilled the tank and hooked it up. brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, the pump was already running before I turned it on. So this morning I left a comment on Revain telling them it stopped working after only 2 months and they referred me to Cuisinart. So I called them and after waiting 3-5 minutes a recorded message came up saying 'Due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to take your call at this time. Please call back later (yes. You mean when I have more time to tend to the coffee maker I've already replaced? -LoL) Cheers Revainians anyway! Beware of this obviously cool looking coffee maker. I was a Cuisinart fan until I bought this one!
