I've been thinking for a long time about installing a thermal protector, but I was afraid to try. I finally made up my mind and bought this film. Very simple and thoughtful instructions. Foils are easy to stick on. No bubbles after squeezing out excess liquid and drying. However, please note that I was afraid to follow the instructions and cut the film on the window. Trim it ahead of time, 1/4 inch less, leaving a small open space around the edges of the windows. Please note that the installation requires (almost) 2 people. Or you must be very comfortable! ;) The results are excellent! When the outside temperature is close to freezing, you can feel a clear difference in T between closed and non-closed (double glass!) window surfaces. Heat significantly less at night. I hope the rooms will be cooler in the hot summer! :)
