I bought it back in December 2016. It was used to plow my front porch until the end of this winter and last winter. This year I pulled the plow out of the garage (when not in use it's in a heated garage), it worked for a few minutes and then stopped working. Put the original western motor back in (it's over 20 years old) and it still runs, just a bit noisy which is why I changed it in the first place. When I installed it for the first time, I noticed that this motor does not turn as quickly and does not have the same kW/HP output as a standard western pump. It's good to have a backup in a stalemate. If you are plowing commercially I would not recommend this engine and would buy a factory engine if you want it to last. You get what you pay for: low price, cheap engine.
