I love this new processor. We originally had a 2015 Black & Decker that was showing its age and simply went back to mixers because they worked better for us back then. Now that we have this multipurpose blender I can honestly say I don't want or need another one. I have a few issues but nothing will stop me from purchasing this product. The first problem: the grinding wheel. My problem is that there is space between the grater and the actual hole where you put the cheese or other food you want to grind. unground bits in the mixture, or they just get completely stuck in the part that's supposed to be shoved into the grater. So when you're done, you'll end up with quite a bit of cheese or other food stuck in the gap. The second problem is the cleaning process. God this is pain. The chopping disc is the trickiest part, as is the part you use to push the food into the hopper. The chopping disc has a blind area where food can easily get stuck and a traditional sponge will not easily get it out. I had to use a brush to get food out. The second is at the bottom of the pusher. It's not a full apartment which I don't understand so there are lines where food can easily get stuck and again you need a brush to get out. These are my only complaints. Any other feature I like. The functionality and speed of the chopper is great, the blades are very sharp and great for literally chopping. The durability of the plastic feels great, it doesn't look like cheap plastic at all. I haven't tried the trial mode yet, but I'll definitely try it soon!
