Review on 🔥 DeLonghi BGR50 De'Longhi Reversible Grill/Griddle: A Versatile and Stylish Black Cooking Companion by Rick Gondoras

Husband loves it and I love that he cooks more often and healthier. PERFECT! ***UPDATE*** 6/12/16 - So we've only had this since April and my husband has loved cooking with it. I hand washed the griddle after each use with no problem. The husband put the grill plate in the dishwasher for the first time two days ago (which according to the packaging and instructions is safe) and now the grill no longer works. When we plug it in and turn it on, it turns off the outlets. I contacted DeLonghi customer service and after being disconnected from their system twice, I was finally able to argue with a rep for 45 minutes, read the manual to her and her manager, and call them. Look at the photo in the said dishwasher griddle instructions before agreeing that we did not void the warranty by putting the griddle in the dishwasher and you owe us a replacement. (DeLonghi gets one star for customer service. I've worked in customer service for many years and I have NEVER spoken to customers the way they spoke to me.) At this point, I found out that they don't actually store your login information, and send it to me an email so I can resend my receipt etc before they accept my return. It was annoying but not too difficult. I submitted the receipt and received an email response to just cut the cable and send it back. Cut off? It's detached from the block. Why should I cut it? Anyway, I sent the cable back on Saturday (at my own expense, mind you). Now I'm waiting. I hope the customer service improves once you initiate the exchange process as so far I am not impressed. What a ridiculously long and complicated process! I was fortunate that I actually RECEIVED the replacement unit when it arrived in its original packaging when I was out of town and left on my porch for who knows how long as I did not receive tracking information until I received the package could keep while i was a way. I hope this unit performs as well as the previous one, but I guarantee we will never put this dishwasher safe piece in the dishwasher again.
