Depending on what you use it for this can actually be a great product. The price is fantastic and it's really good quality. I am currently using it to wrap my chicken coop for the winter. It could be a bit thicker but overall good for what I use. My only complaint is that I noticed that there are small holes in a few spots that allow rain to seep into the covered roof. I'm going to add another layer on top and that should fix things but just means more plastic is needed making it more expensive. Still a good and decent product for the money and if you use it for some other purpose you might not care if there are pinholes. For me there are enough holes that make the tread very wet and this poses a problem when you are trying to keep it dry (food, soil etc).
