I have an RV that is built on a Ford chassis and the Ford engineers who designed these wheels went insane. The decorative "thing" on the hubcaps is a huge improvement over the hubcaps, and they look pretty cute once I've recovered from a nervous breakdown once or twice. (Hint: READ the manual. No, seriously! I know! Who thought THAT would help?) But the mad Ford engineers who designed the wheel covers didn't provide a way to inflate the tire with air. I'm sure there's a matching cartridge out there somewhere, but I haven't found it yet, and NOT now! I've installed these valve extenders (bring the pliers - you may not need them, but they make you look serious) and the world is a better, kinder place. Mind you, the word "Ford" is still four letters long, but they make shiny things that look pretty.
