In general, the functionality of the device is not bad. The main downside is that the designers messed up the pin order on the DSI connector and you can only use the screen with the included non-standard 10cm cable. Another reviewer provided photos of problematic cable ends. If you want to use it as a touchscreen that isn't directly next to the Raspberry Pi, you'll need to cut off one end of the new cable and sand down the plastic insulation to expose the wires. You should also reinforce the backing with tape so the connector can grab it.
