For First-Time Customers, Hyperice's Online Store Can Be Confusing

I had high hopes for shopping at the Hyperice web site, but I was very disappointed. The website was difficult to navigate for someone like me who is just starting out in the realm of performance gear. It was overwhelming to look through all of the goods because there was so much variety. It took me a long time to find what I needed because the goods weren't clearly labeled. The merchandise descriptions lacked depth as well. I'm not an expert in this area, so I struggled to figure out how each device could help me. When I did locate something I was interested in purchasing, however, the checkout procedure was tediously slow. My information was requested numerous times, and the confirmation procedure wasn't made clear to me. And then there was the fact that no directions for using the product were included with my shipment. Because of this, I had to invest extra time into learning how to maximize the benefits of my acquisition. Hyperice has some potentially useful goods, but their web store is not user-friendly for newcomers. I would suggest going elsewhere for a more user-friendly and straightforward experience if you are new to the realm of performance gear.

Pros
  • modern equipment.
Cons
  • unclear directions.
