Because the procedure was difficult and time consuming, I was left feeling even more annoyed and dissatisfied with OTUAYAUTO. My overall impression of this online company is that it sells low-quality items and has mediocre customer service. I would not recommend shopping here. If you are thinking of utilizing OTUAYAUTO for your automobile replacement parts, I would strongly recommend that you reconsider your decision and look into other available options.
