The control rod was not machined properly
When I bought this set, the camshaft control rod was off. I adjusted my engine correctly twice and the exhaust ran too hard. I went to the dealer and bought a BMW sync tool because I was tired of getting everything right and wrong. After another $170, the motor was working fine and I had no more problems. I would not recommend this product as it can definitely destroy your valves.
