Gorgeous teapot! the best of teapots
Fantastic! The whistle/cap is a bit odd when steam comes out, but if you squeeze the top handle to open it, the steam is less likely to hit your hand. feel of high quality. At first we used it carefully, now we don't have to worry about using it normally and damaging it. The glass is great, you can see the water boiling and there are no fancy coatings getting into the boiling water. Heats water in the same time as our old metal kettle. On the side of what we got it says Schott Duran made in Germany.
