CherryNow's Subpar Customer Service and Subpar Products

I was thrilled as a new parent to find CherryNow's website and their assurance of premium baby goods. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with this business. I ordered furniture, and it arrived damaged. It took me several calls and emails to get through to customer support. The representative was still useless and dismissive even then. I was very dissatisfied with the company's general product quality because it did not live up to its claims. Anyone searching for a dependable online store for their baby's needs shouldn't use CherryNow, in my opinion.
