I ordered this product because of the flexibility of my choice of suction cup or vent mount. When I mounted the vent on our 2015 GMC Terrain it was not stable as it wobbled even though the mount had different thickness settings. I received a reply from Vanmass Customer Service reminding me that the unit is covered by a 36 month warranty and if I encounter any issues please let them know. I replied that my problem is unstable. Then I got another message that they were going to ship a new style of bleed clip which I received two days later. TOTALLY was the answer to my concern of removing hesitation and not having to worry about dropping my phone while driving. Excellent customer service followed by a solution to my problem. For that reason I gave it 5 stars.
