NOT 120V, too weak to be useful. Look elsewhere
Bulbs advertised as 120v They are actually 130v so too dim to use. I chose these specifically based on the description as previous 130v bulbs were inefficient. The luminous flux from them is simply inefficient. I would classify this as a soft glow, much less than a small night light.
