These filters have made a huge difference in the shifting of my RV. I have a 3000 mile transmission with 76,000 miles on Cat. c7. Last year I noticed that I slipped a few gears. When I knew it was going to shift, I released the throttle to make a smooth switch. Hoping the new filters would help, I ordered 6" filters for a 4" pan. It only took me 8 liters of Transynd to change the filter, probably because my fluid was cold. Just in case, I had 3 liters. I drove the RV after changing the filter and couldn't believe how smooth it shifted. It no longer slips at all. Drives like new. We strongly recommend replacing these Allison filters. It only lasted a few hours but I took my time as it was my first time.
