Review on 🧶 Bernat Softee Chunky Yarn - Black: Cozy and Luxurious Knitting and Crocheting Essential by Angela Rodriguez

I prefer what I call "chunky yarn" whenever possible (some designs just don't work for chunky yarn - I found that out when I used the I made sack for pearl stitch soap: the thicker thread made it harder for the soap to penetrate, so it ate through the soap bar much quicker than it should; when I made another with "thin thread" it wasn't a problem). I am currently using this particular yarn in this color (Forest - Earthy, Sage Forest Green) to make a large queen size patterned quilt for when it gets chilly this year. It's soft, easy to work with and the color is gorgeous (I'm a big fan of natural earth tones and green is my favorite color). This blanket fits over 20 skeins so it's nice that these 6 packs are so affordable. I have tried other paints from this brand and they have not disappointed me either. This is usually my choice when looking for chunky yarns as they tend to be affordable and good quality for the price. Definitely recommend.
